Triage looks at your laptop the way IT would: what is open, how full the drive is, whether updates are waiting, how old the processor is, how fast the internet is. Then it tells you, in plain words, what to click to fix it, and when it is time to call IT.

Works on any Windows 10 or 11 laptop. No admin password needed. It only looks; it changes nothing. Your report stays on your computer unless you choose to email it to IT.

Download the file
Click the button. If your browser says the file is not commonly downloaded, choose Keep. It is ours.

Double-click Triage.cmd
It is in your Downloads folder. A small black window opens and says what it is checking.
If Windows asks "Do you want to run this file?", click Run. If it shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.

Wait about a minute
Your report opens in your browser. Items marked Fix now and Tidy up come with the exact clicks. If it says This laptop needs IT, press Email this to IT and you are done.

The report's "Email this to IT" button is addressed to John Marvie Calura with Matt Koveleski on copy. Every run is also saved on the laptop in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Triage as JSON and HTML, with a one-line history log. The tool is a single PowerShell 5.1 script wrapped in a .cmd file; it makes one network request, an 8 MB download from speed.cloudflare.com for the speed test, and nothing else.
